CANDYLAND
You need to cut a gift wrapping paper of 3 ft. length. Place the paper onto a flat surface. Ensure that the patterned side of the paper is facing downwards. Now place the cake boards on top of this paper and trace the outline of the boards. Depending on the number of tiers trace the outlines appropriately and cut out the outlines. Note that you need to be able to neatly arrange the circles in a tier shape where the largest circle is at the bottom and the circle with the smallest diameter is placed on top.
On the side of the cake board where you need to stick the wrapping paper, apply glue uniformly and paste the paper neatly while carefully matching the cut-outs with the cake boards. Repeat the same process on the opposite side of the board also. Now stick a satin ribbon around the rim of each cake board.
Now you need to make the tier by cutting 2 in by 5 inch dummies, stick the wrapping paper and glue the rim with satin ribbon and arrange the tiered cake boards one on top of the other by keeping the dummies in between.
